Bridal + Special Occasion

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total service amount to the card on file. Reductions to confirmed services made within 90 days of the event are non‑refundable; the client remains responsible for the full amount of the originally booked services (for example, if 8 services were confirmed but only 5 are completed, the client is responsible for payment for all 8 services). Clients are required to sign a contract acknowledging these terms and accepting full financial responsibility for all confirmed services. All card information will be securely destroyed after the event and final payment.
